The stamp was issued in the New Design Club earlier this year, and I used the Sunshine stencil for the background. I used three shades of blue promarkers to colour the tiny heads on the flowers. The 3d flower was made on my Silhouette and I secured it in the middle with a diamante brad.
I enjoyed making this card very much, and am really pleased with the end result.
